MOZA Racing Ford Mustang GTD Wheel
The MOZA Ford Mustang GTD Wheel combines recognisable Ford styling with the controls needed for modern GT and endurance racing. Its D-shaped rim offers a substantial grip, while the integrated display keeps useful information close to your hands. This is a steering wheel, not a complete simulator: pair it with a compatible wheelbase and your own pedals.
Ford design and construction
Officially licensed by Ford, the wheel features a blue centre stripe, matching stitching and Mustang GTD branding. Microfibre leather covers the grips, with stitch-free thumb areas. Carbon-fibre-reinforced composite front and rear plates work with an aluminium-alloy frame to provide a firm structure for steering inputs.
Your dashboard, your information
The 2.99-inch HD display supports official dashboard presets and custom layouts in MOZA Pit House. Choose the information you need and use community layouts where available. Ten RPM LEDs and six flag LEDs provide additional visual cues. Telemetry availability depends on the game and its configuration.
Controls for changing race conditions
Twelve illuminated front buttons, two rear buttons, four twelve-position encoders, two clickable thumb wheels and two seven-way switches put adjustments within reach. The two toggle switches support button, torque-curve and PC application-control modes in Pit House. Assign functions to suit your car rather than reaching for the keyboard during a race.
Magnetic shifting and dual clutch
The aluminium magnetic shift paddles and separate clutch paddles use Hall sensors. Their design echoes the Mustang GTD. Configure the clutch inputs for your simulator and practise a repeatable start procedure. The aluminium quick release makes changing between compatible steering wheels straightforward.
Compatibility and wheelbase choice
MOZA specifies compatibility with its currently available wheelbases. Compare MOZA wheelbases, including the MOZA R9 V3 and MOZA R12 V2, and choose the force-feedback level that suits your cockpit. The motor and force feedback are provided by the wheelbase. For supported third-party bases, the RJ11 port and optional MOZA Universal HUB and Third-Party Wheel Base Mount provide a PC connection; mechanical mounting compatibility must also be checked.
