View full detailsBuild a SIMAGIC setup around the way you race
Choosing SIMAGIC is about building a connected racing setup: a direct drive wheel base, the right steering wheel, pedals that suit your driving position and the accessories you will actually use. Whether you are assembling your first dedicated PC simulator or improving an existing rig, start with the whole setup rather than one headline specification.
Use this page to explore the SIMAGIC range at Sim Race Webshop, compare upgrade paths and check the practical details before ordering. You can shop individual components or begin with a bundle, then add a suitable cockpit and peripherals as needed.

Alpha EVO: compare the base, not just the torque number
The Alpha EVO family includes the Alpha EVO Sport, Alpha EVO and Alpha EVO Pro. SIMAGIC lists these models at 9, 12 and 18 Nm respectively. Compare the exact version on the product page, then consider how you will mount it, how much steering force you want to use and what remains in your budget for the rest of your simulator.
Browse SIMAGIC direct drive bases alongside your cockpit requirements. Check the mounting interface and any required brackets rather than assuming that every wheel deck accepts every installation. A stronger base is an option, not a requirement for enjoying sim racing.
Choose a steering wheel for your driving discipline
Start with the shape: do you mainly drive GT and formula cars, or do you want a wheel that also suits frequent steering rotation in rally and drift driving? Then compare diameter, paddles, thumb controls and the position of buttons you use during a race. A clear, comfortable control layout matters more than collecting functions you never touch.
The SIMAGIC GT Neo steering wheel is one option to explore for a GT-style setup. Compare it with the wider SIMAGIC steering wheel collection and check the exact model's base support, supplied quick release and connection method.

Choose pedals around your seating position
When exploring SIMAGIC pedals, compare the exact P1000, P2000 or other listed configuration rather than treating a family name as a complete specification. Check the number of pedals, standard or inverted layout, available adjustments, mounting dimensions and included electronics.
Think about your feet and legs as well as the hardware. Is the heel position comfortable? Can you reach the full throttle travel without stretching? Will the seat and pedal plate remain in place at your chosen brake setting? Solve those questions before deciding which additional upgrades belong in the basket.
Haptic accessories are a separate consideration. Verify the supported pedal model, mounting parts, power requirements and software before purchasing a SIMAGIC pedal feedback motor. Do not assume that a motor, power supply and all adapters are included together.
Understand quick releases, MagLink and USB connections
Mechanical fit and electronic communication are different checks. A wheel fitting onto a quick release does not prove that its buttons, paddles or display will communicate with the base. Confirm both parts of the connection, including any required cable or adapter.
SIMAGIC describes MagLink as a route to third-party connectivity for supported wheels such as GT Neo. This is not a promise that every SIMAGIC wheel works with every base. Check the specific MagLink accessory, steering wheel and PC connection before building a mixed-brand setup. Do not assume native console support from a PC configuration.
Three practical SIMAGIC shopping routes
A first dedicated PC rig: compare a compatible base-and-wheel combination or SIMAGIC bundle, add the required pedal configuration, and select a cockpit with the correct mounting options.
An existing rig with a new wheel: check the base generation, quick release and communication method first. Reuse your current pedals and cockpit when they already suit your requirements.
A more specialised simulator: start with the racing discipline. For rallying or drifting, look at the required shifter and handbrake arrangement; for GT or formula driving, prioritise wheel controls, pedal position and an uncluttered layout. Explore the accessory range only after defining the need.
SIMAGIC questions answered
Which Alpha EVO should I choose?
Compare your preferred steering force, mounting solution and overall budget. Do not use the torque number as the only buying criterion.
Can I combine SIMAGIC with another brand?
Some PC combinations are possible with supported USB connections and adapters. Check each component individually; a shared connector shape is not a compatibility guarantee.
Are pedals included with a wheel base?
Not unless the selected listing says so. Read the bundle contents carefully, including the exact pedal version and any separately required accessories.
Do all pedal upgrades fit every SIMAGIC pedal set?
No universal fit should be assumed. Match the accessory to the precise pedal model and generation and check the required mounting and power components.
Which cockpit should I use?
Compare mounting options, pedal adjustment and space in the Next Level Racing collection. Send us the exact base and pedal models when requesting a fit check.
