Compatibility

Platform and software: USB connection to a Windows PC running Qubic Manager. Game support depends on the title and its telemetry integration. Console support is not specified by Qubic System for this motion system.

Cockpit fit: designed for suitable aluminium-profile rigs; check mounting points, dimensions and total moving weight before ordering. The Qubic System QS-BT1 belt tensioner is a compatible optional addition, sold separately.

Technical details: 100 mm actuator stroke (±50 mm heave), 0–100 Hz vibration range and <8 ms latency. Q-MODE reaches up to 800 mm/s and 0.8 G with a maximum 3DOF payload of 200 kg. Heavy Duty mode supports up to 350 kg in 3DOF at up to 300 mm/s and 0.4 G. Performance mode is rated up to 250 kg, 400 mm/s and 0.6 G. These maxima belong to different operating modes and do not apply simultaneously.

Variant notes: the Pivot Set combines a two-actuator QS-220 with QS-Pivot. Qubic notes that a QS-220 cockpit can sit at a mild tilt at mid-stroke with this pivot; an aluminium-profile spacer can level the reference position. The Upgrade Set is intended to expand an existing two-actuator Intro Set and does not include a second PC controller.
